DHF Specialise in Wire Whip Hose assemblies, which gives a lightweight addition to the hose assembly in comparison to Crimped hose assemblies, along with a tried & proven longer life compared to other types of coupler assemblies.
We also provide a Stainless Steel Wire Whip option when using Composite hoses with a Stainless Steel outer wire, giving the hose the required protection from harsh Chemical & Marine applications.
Wire Whipping also gives the option of cut back & refit of fittings, along with colour coating of the whip section representing the year of Manufacture. With Wire Whipping we are able to glue & whip on other types of hoses such as layflat hose for Fire Appications.
